Our summer coat Sheepskins are a smaller version of the natural British style. The thickness of the skin is a lot thinner and the skin is lighter allowing it to be more flexible. It could be put on the floor in your bedroom or living room to add lovely chic character, it could also be used as a cover on a sofa or chair for better comfort.
Care Instructions:
First of all we do not recommend washing sheepskin rugs as this could easily damage the skin and wool. Washing your sheepskin rug is done entirely at your own risk. However, it is very important to take general care of your rug. It is good to give it a shake and important to brush the wool; this will allow sheepskin to stay soft and fluffy. We recommend a brush similar to a pet brush but any will do the job. We do not advise to keep the rug in any damp environments as that could also ruin the skin and it might even start molding. Similarly, leaving sheepskins in a very hot environment could possibly damage its wool.
